We're not sure if you are the right receipient but appreciate if you could forward this note of gratitude to the right parties and their superiors.
Late last thursday evening 10th Oct 2008, after a memoriable second visit to "mostly grills" for dinner, my dining partner felt ill and fainted, hitting her head against the glass lift on our way out on the ground floor.
Immediately one attentive service staff came to our aid, bring her to a chair and he brought some ice-pack. Another came with bottled water and kept asking if we needed more assistance - even when it was obvious that my friend had already recovered.
I regret not having the presence of mind to thank them approprietely or even noting their names as we hurried our way to our taxi who was already inwaiting for us for awhile. Now that we have returned to our homes in Singapore safely, we like to recall this experience and compliment the wonderful act of service and concern.
We have read of your Corporate Mission Statement from your website and certainly am pleased to witness it in action. Thank you to the two gentlement, surely a credit to your team and for a positive experience.
